A young boy is trapped in a Gingerbread House which underneath hides a gloomy world, while his mother is desperately trying to find the gate that will take him out of there.

A suitcase arrives at the airport with its owners and all is ready for boarding. But what happens when the suitcase is naughty and wants to be free?

At the Delta of the Pinios River, in the shadow of Mount Olympus in central Greece, a small community of coastal fishermen work tirelessly to sustain their way of life. The film is driven by resilient and humorous characters, whose stories unfold over the seasons, set against the ever-present backdrop of water.
