Film based on the real case of the sinking of the cazatorpedera "La Rosales", Navy Argentina, occurred in 1892 on the coast of Uruguay. In that event only saved from death the captain and the officers, raising more suspicions.

Richard, a homosexual man, decides to adopt a child named Juan. As the child becomes accustomed to his new home, he continues to suffer from the fears of his past. Ricardo feels that his son should know his roots and begins the quest to discover Juan’s true identity. This search unravels Juan’s real story; a story very different than what was presented before. Slowly, Juan’s life begins to appear, much like the tip of the iceberg submersed within the immense ocean.

An Argentine-executive of a multinational-returns to the country to close a factory. There he meets with his exgirlfriend and his best friend before the exile. The film presents an interpretation of the political and social situation in Argentina during the last years of the military government.
