Jay is pulled back into a lifestyle he no longer wants to live shortly after moving to a new city. After a business associate unknowingly brings an undercover into their operation, Jay resorts to unfamiliar tactics that come at a cost to everyone.

Two detectives, Hart and Johnson, work alongside local hustler Tae & G. They have similar personalities, but work on opposite sides of the law. While working to take down HeavyHand, a local kingpin, Hart finds himself at the mercy of another known gangster, and find himself working with Tae & G to bring them down.

Jay is unlawfully detained. His ex-girlfriend returns, and his business partners work to clear his name. Meanwhile, a crooked cop is under suspicion for murder, and connections are made between him and Jay. Torn between duty and loyalty, Detective Johnson is caught in the middle. As the prosecution struggles, Jay and his business partners work to exist the dangerous world cleanly.
