The importance of a balanced diet, told in story form for children through the medium of two-dimensional cut-out animation. Stanley is a little boy who is lethargic from lack of a balanced diet. Some animals take him for a trip on the back of a "train engine" bull, to discover what are the proper foods for health and where they come from.

We illustrated "Filez, filez, ô mon navire" in charcoal and "J'ai tant dansé, j'ai tant sauté" with cartoons on celluloid plates, using Walt Disney's technique.

"Là-bas sur ces montagnes" was illustrated using photographed drawings presented in an old frame and "Meunier tu dors" with cut-out paper puppets with interchangeable limbs.

An animated presentation of Silent Night, Come All Ye Faithful, Good King Wenceslaus, Joy to the World, and What Child Is This sung by the Leslie Bell Singers.

This film, aimed at children of primary school age, presents the principles of good dental care. A narrator explains the basic steps to be followed in order to keep the teeth healthy as, in animation, a family of mother, father, sister, brother, and baby illustrates those steps.

In this animated warning against pushing up prices during wartime scarcity, an auctioneer manages to sell a basket of goods worth under $10.00 for $35.00. The message: "This is inflation." One of the first cel-animation films produced at the National Film Board.
