Soviet television feature film of 1981, a three-part historical detective. Fitil is a popular Soviet/Russian television satirical/comedy short film series which ran for about 500 episodes. Some of the episodes were aimed at children, and were called Фитилёк, Fitilyok, Little Fuse. Each issue contained from the few short segments: documentary, fictional and animated ones. Directed by various artists, including Leonid Gaidai who presented his famous trio of Nikulin, Vitsin and Morgunov into the cast. It was called in USSR as "the anecdotes from the Soviet government".

Living together in a workers' dorm, Katerina and her friends are determined to make it in Moscow. On a stopover in Moscow, a young writer Volodya makes friends with Kolya, who is returning home from a hard night shift. Just as Kolya is about to take a rest, he is met by his old friend Sasha, who wants help getting a deferral from military service so that he can get married.

A Soviet scientist creates a brilliant robot. This is a boy who is able to solve any mathematical problems, he writes the best essays and sings perfectly! And he is also an exact copy of schoolboy Seryozha Syroezhkin. A clever boy quickly shifts all his duties to an electronic double. He does his homework for him, goes to school and does household chores that his parents entrust to Syroezhkin...

Professor Gromov constructs a robot called Electronic, which looks exactly like Sergey Syroezhkibn, a 6-grader from one of Odessa (USSR) schools. The robot also acts a lot like a human, and its dream is to become a real man. Electronic escapes from the professor's lab and accidentally meets Sergey, his prototype. Meanwhile, a gang lead by Stump is trying to kidnap Electronic to make him steal pictures from museums. For this purpose they send their hitman Urrie.

After serving in the army, working at BAM and earning himself the authority and fame of a pioneer, the hero took a leave of absence and came home to his friends and beloved. But at home he could not find anything to do and, without waiting for the end of his vacation, he left again for BAM...

Bureaucrats from a chemical plant in a small industrial town allow the lake to be polluted with waste. The film is set in the United States in the early 20th century. Andy Tucker and Jefferson Peters are noble crooks. They do not engage in violent theft of valuables from citizens. Jeff's principle is to always give something in return for the money received, "be it a fake gold medallion, garden flower seeds, ointment for a gunshot wound, stock certificates, flea powder, or at least a slap." They devise scams to earn money and fulfill their dreams. Andy Tucker wants to open a library, and Jeff Peters wants to return to his home state of Utah and meet his first love.
