A family road trip takes a crimson shift as mother, father and daughter become prey to a coven of female vampires. In this re-imagining of the male dominated short story "One For the Road" (sequel to Salem's Lot) WOMEN are the; visceral muse/damsel of acceptance, voices of reason, compassion and pragmatism as well as the cherubim of death and womb-redemption.
