As Brian cares for his severely mentally disabled brother over a sweltering summer holiday he is forced to grow up, and finds unexpected love and affection.

The short drama film Dòst tells the tough coming of age process of best friends Alko and Björn in a small rural village community. Between agricultural weekend work and partying, dealing with other adolescent boys and girls, one kiss can make a big difference. The urge to fit in, to uphold image, and peer pressure makes the boys both having to make choices that will affect their friendship.

The lonely 17-year-old outcast Aike craves attention and finds it online where he conducts dangerous chemistry experiments. Hoping to pull Aike out of his internet bubble, his mother, a hardworking nurse, sends him to the scouts to make real friends. When that fails, Aike feels rejected and hurt. To prove himself to the world, he begins his biggest experiment yet: he secretly builds a nuclear breeder reactor in his mother's shed, encouraged by a growing group of internet followers.

In a small village called Kropsdam, an oppressive, misguided community starts harassing quiet farmer Lammert, after wrongly accusing him of helping to build a wind turbine in their town.
