Tired and bored by her graceless daily life, a young housewife mourns her lost American lover and dreams of a better life, elsewhere. Inside her, the skeleton woman, hidden into the dark, is waiting to be saved.

Three characters share a common traumatic experience when they were born.

Paris, Montmartre, 1883. Seraphine, 12 years old, leaves a monotoneous life with Jeanne, the grumpy seamstress who raised her. She is obsessed with finding out who her parents were. Flanked with Mistigri, a street child whom she takes under her wing, Séraphine retraces the secret of her origins and finds it in the battles led by the people of Montmartre.

A program of six short films from Quebec and France: In love or impertinent, full of hope or anger. Naive, touching, dreamy, dreamed of or missed: youth can take many forms! Between those who grew up too fast and those who missed their chance, there are also those who lost their innocence over time and those who see their youth vanish in an instant.
