“Light is like water” is an adaptation of the story by Gabriel García Márquez, which is found in the “12 pilgrim tales.” Floating and sailing between innocent waters, Totó and Joel would travel through worlds outside the surface. Curious brothers, fleeing from a reality, would rescue from the bottom the light that they had lost for years.

In Playa del Niño, a territory worn by the passage of time, two worlds intersect in the search for freedom. The world of Julio, a young man determined to kill the tides of his life, and Noeh, a fisherman drowning in the circumstances that surround him. Reality and fiction converge to give life to a story hidden in the landscapes of Cancun.
