Made up of amateur footage recorded by young LGBT people during a trip to an event significant to the queer community, Queerjoy is a documentary that captures these same youths reflecting on what it means to belong to this community, to seek spaces of free expression, and to live in a society that still carries many prejudices about the way they live.

On an ordinary night on Edgar Vieira Avenue, the moderator of a sensationalist news website begins to suspect a crime involving a street vendor and his daughter.
