Bayou Romance

Bayou Romance

The shame of two unthinkable love affairs...where would they end?

PG 1986 · 105 min · Romance

Lily, an energetic and charming artist, leaves the city life for a sprawling plantation she's inherited in Louisiana. Unfortunately, it's inhabited by a band of gypsies, and she's drawn, perhaps by magic, to the handsome and rugged Zanko. But that's only the beginning. An old fashioned love affair blooms between her and a Creole doctor in a nearby town, and events are even further complicated when she discovers a secret link between her family and the steamy, romantic bayou.
