Easter 1903 in Kishinev, a province of the Russian empire at that time. On this precise day, the jews (a third of the city population) celebrate the end of Pessah. Suddenly, an antisemitic pogrom breaks out : three days and two nights of rapes, hunts, violence, slaughter and thefts.
