The Eyes Leave a Trace

A group of Sephardic perform the "Trial of Jesus" in an ancient temple and before a baffled audience. The purpose of the play is to understand whether the condemnation of Jesus was justified or not, since they are not resigned to accept that history found guilty the Jewish people.

Taxi driver Tadeo is about to encounter a busy shift. Throughout the day heterogeneous characters get into his taxi and the most varied situations arise. One of them leaves a baby in the taxi and Tadeo must find out where the little one belongs. He tackles this daunting task while keeping in the back of his mind that at the end of the day he has an appointment with a mysterious woman who apparently needs to tell him something very important.

Three short stories based on radio competitions, all linked by speaker Gabriel and his fiancee. Two inventors who want to patent a piston and need money, a thief who answers a phone call while robbing and a child who needs to go to Sweden for an operation are the protagonists of these stories around the radio.

Following meetings between Spain and the United States a delegation of a mining company arrives to Granada in search of uranium. The company contacted with the landowners, who agree to sell less of them. Such owner refuses because his ground a treasure supposedly hidden Muslim and refuses to sell them to Margaret, representative of the company. Then the bank refuses to give him his money back (257 pesetas, a small amount of money) with the argument that the money was robbed to him, not to the bank. He will fight against the bank till the last consequences.

In order to save her marriage, the famous soprano Marta Vélez decides to retire from the stage.

In Madrid, Spain, an omniscient narrator transforms Mari Loli and Merche, two beautiful sales clerks, into Susana and Casta, who flirt with Don Hilarión, an old apothecary, which arouses the jealousy of Julián, who is in love with Susana.

Spain, 1906: in a small village and pregnant after having been raped, Antonia is forced to marry the brutal Lucas to save her honor.
