A documentary profiling the history of Tucson, Arizona's eclectic music scene. The past two decades have seen a number of singular talents emerge from Tucson, including Giant Sand's Howe Gelb, who has been called "the godfather of the alt-country movement," seminal blues slide-guitarist Rainer Ptaček, and original cow punk Al Perry. The city has also spawned more popular acts including Calexico, the Supersuckers and Machines of Loving Grace.

Slant, inspired by an Emily Dickinson poem, tells the story of a college professor in his early 50s, looking for connection long after the loss of his partner to AIDS.

Nate Smith (Red Oaks, Odd Mom Out) stars as Paul, an enthusiastic team-building consultant who hasn't met a team he couldn't improve... until today. A routine training course spins out of control when a sadistic middle-manager and his tortured team of misanthropes force Paul to question his job. Can it be that some teams just don’t work? Also starring Donald Ian Black (Netflix’s The Toys that Made Us) and Jackie Michelle Johnson (Comedy Central’s Drunk History).
