Giving Thanks

Susan, Leslie, Imani, Deidre, and Elaine have been best friends since college, have an unbreakable bond, and won't allow anyone to penetrate their circle. They share secrets and keep each others indiscretion on the hush. They also share a lavish house they call "The Playhouse" where they entertain their side flings. When one night at the Playhouse turns deadly, the ladies scramble to cover up the crime and keep The Playhouse their secret domain.

This year, Sean offers his smart home to be used for his annual vacation getaway with his college friends. Once everyone arrives and has settled in, they soon find out that they have actually been locked inside, by the home's virtual assistant, Simon. Everyone becomes terrified when they find out that the only way they can escape is by playing Simon's twisted games.

A man is on trial accused of the murder of two young Black men, and 12 women are called to serve on the jury. After deliberation, one juror is convinced the man is not guilty, while the majority claims he is guilty.

Ella ends up encountering a strange man that is infatuated with young black women, while on the job. The man happens to be the infamous Dollhouse Killer, who turns his victims into perfect dolls for his pleasure.

Nia is raised in a dysfunctional household by her promiscuous, barfly mother, and is on track to follow in her mothers footsteps. That is until Marshal, a local bar owner introduces Nia to a the game of pinball. Nia quickly becomes a skilled expert at pinball, and has a chance to come out of her mother's shadow.

Lexxy wants it all: money, love, kids, a home. She has got the drive, now all she needs is the path. After a stint as a party promoter and criminal, she turns to the music business. Lexxy forms a female hip hop group, with dreams of breaking into the industry. Things look promising until lies and betrayal break up the group, and dissolve all friendships.

Nelson and Justice are two childhood friends, wo were inseparable as kids growing up. Nelson falls on hard times as an adult, until Justice offers him an opportunity to dig himself out of his financial woes.

When Samantha leaves the South to have a fresh start with her husband, she ends up meeting two biker girls named Raquel and Tammy. The three women grow close, and decide to start their own women's bike club. Things take a turn for the worse when they lose a girl from their group to violence. The women respond accordingly in order to get justice for their friend.
