A universal story with Latino characters told in an unconventional way (like Forrest Gump and Amadeus) about a man who's trying to keep his hot-headed younger brother from carrying out revenge.

In this hard-edged urban drama, when a shocking murder is committed in a Hispanic neighborhood in East Lost Angeles, the local residents are up in arms and demand action from the police. When the cops prove slow to investigate the killing, the local street gangs who prowl the area put aside their differences and set out to find the murderer themselves.

A lonely bathroom attendant starts a business renting passengers to freeway commuters who want to utilize the carpool lane.

When the LAPD fails to capture the killer of a beautiful foreign exchange student whose naked body was found brutalized and drenched in blood, the girl's enraged father enlists the aid of a close friend and former police detective to conduct his own investigation in a brutal murder mystery from director Rogelio Fojo. Upon arriving in Los Angeles to gather clues and catch the killer, seasoned detective Max finds his investigation quickly leading down a dark path of drugs, gang violence, and police corruption. There's much more to this murder than meets the eye though, and the closer Max gets to the truth, the greater the chance becomes that he will meet as grim a fate in this vicious city of murder and deceit.

Emilio, a Colombian con man, arrives in LA with two weeks to complete his plan to rob a former colleague, Claudio Silvestrini, who's made a fortune using infomercials to peddle snake oil to Latin immigrants. Emilio's friend Alejandro, who sells pirated DVDs, has assembled a team of amateurs, who, as Alejandro says, will go unnoticed because they're immigrants. The team must gain entry to Silvestrini's well-guarded mansion, steal two keys to access a vault, and then get the money off the property. A father and his tomboy daughter, a nervous Cuban actor, a techie, and a muscle man make up the team, plus Alejandro has been courting Silvestrini's nanny. Will they be enough?

Los Internationals is a more serious Latino take on the Expendables and the A-Team, that will feature a team of all Spanish speaking characters who represent different parts of South America and the Caribbean. The film will be fun and have lots of heart but will also take a closer look at real violence in our society and the glorification of it in video games; comparing the two to show the vast contrast and its true impact on our children.
