A fiancé, Keita, goes to meet the family, the father, Shozo, begins his secret appraisal – a test to see whether this fiancé is worthy or not of marrying his daughter. Trying to reduce the distance between them, the mother prepares a single nabe (cooking pot) for the shabu-shabu meal. As Shozo’s eyes glint brightly, Keita reaches towards the shabu-shabu.

There was once a high-tech robot which saved the earth from aliens. People have long forgotten how to operate this giant machine and it has been placed in an isolated ghost town. Chieko Sanda has operated a dry goods store in Kyoto for the past 20 years. Her family has owned the store for generations. There, Yui feels a sense of powerlessness. Mitsuko notices and goes to Paris to see her daughter. Mai travels to Paris to take part in an event to show Japanese culture.

Kawauchi Miyabi was once a promising neurosurgeon, but an accident caused damage to Miyabi's brain. Kaisei Sakamoto is a 16 year old boy who is inclined to settle everything with his fists. He grew up in a town where you can see both Nagazaki and Gunkanjima, living with his father. His father, Genkai Sakamoto, runs a small ramen shop. The father-son duo has just recently had a large fight. The story showcases fragments of one's youth and the questions that crop up while growing up.

Miyu and Shuya are high school students. They have dated for 2 years. Miyu and Shuya have a promise that no matter what, they will watch a movie together on the first day of each new month. When Miyu and Shuya are on their way to the movie theater, Shuya suddenly cancels their date. Shuya seems like he is hiding something and he acts nervous. Later, Miyu goes to the place where she is supposed to meet Shuya, but she witnesses Shuya getting into a car accident. She panics, but when she wakes up she finds herself on the morning of the accident. Miyu keeps waking up on the day when Shuya got into an accident.

Remi is an underground idol hoping to be famous but, with her ordinary face, she hardly gains popularity. Being at risk of getting fired, she gets infected with Zombie Virus, a fatal disease turning into a zombie. She expresses her determination to live as an idol to the death and her decision turns her into an overnight sensation. But in fact, her infection was a setup orchestrated by her producer. Still, she stands on stage as an idol and turns into a zombie in front of a packed audience.

It centers on the relationship between foodie and expert chef Tsukuyomi, and a 27-year-old female personal gym trainer named Soyogi. They meet up regularly so Soyogi can re-energize herself on Tsukuyomi's food, but they have established an agreement that forbids any romance between them.

Based on Keisuke Sone's 2011 novel, the film is set for a nationwide theatrical release in Japan on September 25, 2026, distributed by Toei. The story centers on a lost gym bag containing 100 million yen in cash found at an internet café by a struggling YouTuber living with his ailing grandmother. The discovery triggers a chaotic and violent chain reaction, entwining a corrupt police officer indebted to the Yakuza, a scheming femme fatale, and ruthless criminals all fighting to claim the fortune.
