Raja Bersiong, the Fanged King, is a cannibal monarch in the Kedah epic literature Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa (HMM). A king with an intense appetite for human blood that over time he grew fangs and began attacking his own people to feast on them.

Lela and Manja are two siblings who are being abused by their stepmother, Dang Suri. They are being tortured to do daily errands without any pity on them. Amran (Aziz Jaafar) is a fugitive on the run after being implicated in the activities of a crime syndicate. When the king saw this, he himself tried to cut down the sewer , the sewer successfully cleared out all arrive until the middle of the sewers .
