Underpaid and undermined, a Slovenian village pastor pours her heart and raw personal trauma into ministering to her parishioners. But as the cracks in her private life deepen, the woman beneath the collar must choose between true faith and real healing.

Biba is a good-hearted hairdresser solving problems of everyone who sit in her therapeutic hair salon chair. Having been single for a while, she is suddenly faced with a challenge herself: her mum wants her to bring a date to her birthday party.

The film is set in a youth home, which houses children who have been removed from socially inappropriate environments.

Family doctor Maja Križaj relocates with her family from Ljubljana to the rural village of Velika vas after her husband’s financial collapse. Though the setting seems idyllic, the countryside reveals unexpected challenges. The series blends everyday struggles with warmth, humor, and romantic entanglements.
