Cor Petit

Victor turns 21 in a month. Before he turns 21, he has set two goals: to lose his virginity and to weigh less than 50 kilos.

When the two actors starring in a short film, titled "The Virgins", leave around at the last minute, a young director will have to act alongside the only other person who knows the script by heart: the boom operator.

Three ages, three places, and three different ways of understanding cruising in Barcelona. Three individuals on a quest. A beach at dawn, shopping centre bathrooms in the afternoon and the woods at nightfall. Playful gazing, time spent waiting or the quest for something that may never come. Their first time, their idea of sex and their own way of seeing cruising. Told through their eyes and in first-person perspective.

Take a trip on the wild side with these six daring short films from Mexico, Portugal, Brazil, Spain and France that uncover the power of nature and mysticism, family ties that bond yet suffocate, the vagaries of same sex attraction, the pain of memory, the thrill of what's to come. The 6 short films are: Memory of An Afternoon On the Roof [Recuerdo de una tarde en la azotea] (2022); Afternoon Sun [À Tarde, Sob o Sol] (2020); Sweet Water [Água Doce] (2023); Cor Petit (2023); Haiku (2022); The Boy Who Wanted to Fly [El niño que quería volar] (2018).
