Out of Tune: Lost in Rosario

A Buenos Aires man, who believes he has been cursed as a vampire, dreams of a lost love who can release him. Meanwhile, a corrupt police detective is assigned to find a vampire-like killer operating in the city.

Diego Simonney is a lonely man living by the sea, once a famed film director, thence fallen into decadence and oblivion, having lost control of his movie and, subsequently, his life.

Pablo, a sports journalist, turns 38. Marcelo, his best friend, organizes a party that becomes the excuse for the characters to bring out their stories.

During the Rosariazo of 1969, two young people, a university activist and theater student and a freelance photographer and cameraman for a TV channel, fall in love.

In 1986, Gerardo returns to Rosario after a long absence. He has returned to meet his seven-year-old son, David, recently recovered by his maternal grandmother. This melancholic and introverted boy is just beginning to know his true family. Father and son will gradually discover each other, and each in their own way will seek a bond. The depth of their feelings must overcome the mistrust and pain caused by their absent mother and wife.

On December 30, 1999, seven friends (plus a surprise guest) meet for a barbecue on the terrace of Tito, the host. The meeting continues until the early hours of the last day of the end of the millennium.

Detective DiBiasse (Eric Roberts) goes to his last crime scene at the Mansion of a wealthy, paranoid recluse named Alan Schaeffer (Dylan Walsh). He brings with him a new detective and starts explaining the strange story of Alan Schaeffer. A man who recently insisted that one of his creations was coming to kill him, but had no evidence to back up his claim. Surrounded by security that reportedly sees nothing, nobody can help Alan Schaeffer and so the police moved on. Now the Detective is back at this mansion with a horrible, brutal crime scene and no suspect in sight.

The story is that of an actress and a theater director who are rehearsing a play that is the re-version of a film with which the director was impressed in the early 80s.

Dorotea, perfectionist and authoritarian, prepares the celebration for her mother's 70th birthday. Her brother accidentally dies before lunch and Dorotea, along with the family, come up with an absurd plan to prevent their mother from finding out.

A documentary with some fictional elements that explores the Brandazza case, considered one of the first (or the first) cases of forced disappearance followed by torture and death. This case is unique in that it occurred in 1972 during the Lanusse dictatorship.

The story takes place in the present or near future in the city of Rosario, Argentina, in the midst of brawls and violent events linked to two groups related to the bravas gangs, crime and some sectors that want to enter politics. Two factions that function like two families that put the city in check with wild and excessive violence, but which at the same time is the result of both historical passions and shady businesses. Two rival sides that, at one point, their bosses will need to negotiate - above their subordinates - with the aim of agreeing on territories and getting rid of those who may be annoying to both.
