Putta (Whore) follows the story of three prostitutes living in the town of Foz do Iguaçu, on the triple border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. The film traverses the complexities of each of the three prostitutes personal lives’–from transexuality to family and motherhood–in the context of the brothels and streets in which they work.

A daughter rejoins her exiled father for a weekend at the farm where she spent her childhood. Before taking a very important decision in her life, she seeks to find answers about her past, in a relationship where the violence is left unseen.

Peñascal

Peñascal unfolds in a beach town where a surfer’s sudden death reunites his matriarchal family, sparking tensions over a significant debt left behind. As they contemplate selling their family home to settle the debt, one woman’s manipulation exacerbates conflicts within the already dysfunctional family dynamic. Through the sea’s sorrowful melody, the film delves into themes of grief, loss, and resilience
