The Hidden Sound of Tango

Alejandro's 70th birthday unveils tensions and secrets within his gay/lesbian friend circle. Relationships evolve as truths about love, loss, and societal shifts emerge, exploring complexities that bind people together.

Martín Sala (Nicolás Mateo), now returns to work in a radio together with his cousin, Diego (Luciano Leyrado), and Lando Carrizo (Diego Gentile), a radio producer. The station is in need of a change and Lando comes up with a contest that has as a prize a transmission of the program from where he designates the winner.

After the suicide of his best friend and the fire of a local dance called Cromañón, including recitals, illegal parties in an abandoned warehouse and high school, a year passes by in the life of Zabo who writes everything he feels and lives in his blog, "Memories of a teenager".

Ezequiel is home alone while his parents are away. He bears the burden of desiring other boys and keeping it a secret—until he meets "Mono," an attractive skater who represents something more than the desire and experimentation he was seeking.

When three friends go on a camping trip in a remote part of Argentina, sexual tensions quickly bubble to the surface. Once in virtual seclusion by the beach, Juli, also camping at the site, quickly recognises that that the boys seem to have a closer relationship than what she would consider 'normal'. The line between friendship and love fade further for two of the boys in particular as their desire becomes too much to bear. When what started as a simple getaway quickly becomes tinged with sex, romance, and conflict, everyone is forced to confront who they really are for the very first time.

In the present, in Spain, Miguel's mind, affected by a brain disease, seems cloistered in the past, in Argentina, in the seventies, when he risked his life for his ideals. He is obsessed with finding a woman named Diana. Mario, his son, who has been away from Miguel for a long time, now feels compelled to unravel the mystery of a name that, like a curse, pursues his father.

Set in a rural town in the province of Buenos Aires, it portrays a stifling relationship between an overprotective mother and her young son, while he maintains a secret affair with another local boy.

In the 16th century, an Inca shaman provides Alvar Mayor with the opportunity to meet the demon Chahuar, with the aim of saving his daughter. Alvar thus immerses himself in a pre-Columbian legend in which the limit between reality and dream will be blurred.
