Time travelers from the future have appeared in Colombia to communicate an important message to their compatriots. The event will create a space-time paradox that will threaten to turn Colombia into an international laughing stock.

Erasmo y Estela, are an old couple that rarely go out of their house, one day they decide to take out an old disk player, clean the dust away and play some music. When they realise that the disk player is broken, they decide to get out of their home and face a whole new world.

José, a country boy, rides his bicycle to school in Norte de Santander. What seems to be an ordinary day turns into an adventure, as it is Mother’s Day and he believes he can achieve his longed-for goal: to take his mom to Disneyland. Through various adventures, such as offering math classes, carrying coffee sacks, and trying his luck at a slot machine, he will be forced to make a difficult decision: to give up the possibility of giving his mom the gift or to sacrifice his faithful companion, his bicycle, in exchange for the money to achieve his goal. This time, it is capricious fate that will play with his luck.

Cristian, a cold and weary man, wanders through the town with his nephew Oscar, collecting scrap metal, as the two try to cope with the absence of the boy’s mother, who is serving a prison sentence far away. One day, they receive an instant camera as payment: something insignificant to Cristian, but revealing to Oscar.

Sol, a bitter music teacher, and Camilo, a young blind man who dreams of being a pianist, run a makeshift academy for students with disabilities.
