North from the Sun

A young man leaves his village and goes to live in the urban outskirts. While changing one job after another, it turns out he's good for nothing and fails to keep it. On top of that, his girlfriend gets pregnant, and he decides to go back living on the farm again.

A subtle play of characters, in which people who live isolated lives in concrete skyscrapers are tempted in particular situations.

Cinema observed as parallel life. At the same time, it is homage to French New Wave classic "Breathless" by Jean-Luc Godard.

A story about a train switchman, his cat Velja and friends at work. Once tidy and upright after the death of his wife, he became unfit even at his job, which he did diligently. Soft-hearted, sociable, he began to associate with a glass and a bottle.

Živka, a kitchen helper at a restaurant where visiting sports teams eat, is in love with basketball star Mensur. Late at night, on a deserted street, the two meet by chance and he spends the night with her in a dormitory.
