Anarchy

Satsuki, a high school student living in the countryside, travels to Tokyo to find out the truth about the death of her sister Kiyomi, who has apparently been murdered by her own boyfriend.

Set in a barren, futuristic Tokyo of highways and wastelands, a rowdy group of punk bands and their fans gather to protest slow, boring, Japanese living.

Based on the comic book by Tetsu Kusamoto.
