It's a blistering hot summer. Maciej Kornet is traveling around Poland with his 17-year-old daughter, Wiktoria. It's been only the two of them for years, always together. The route they take is determined by where tennis competitions are being held. She is the apple of his eye, while he's her entire whole world. At least until they're joined by Igor, a promising player who starts training with Maciej. As a result, Wiktoria opens herself up to new experiences.

Unwilling to return to their families, and lacking both savings and clear prospects, they embark on a chaotic quest for a new home. Their journey through the city transforms into an absurd odyssey, introducing them to various fellow citizens navigating the housing crisis. Amidst this systemic uncertainty, they fight to preserve both their sense of humor and their relationship.

In the attic of my family home, I found the autobiography of my legal-law Waclaw. Waclaw described a secret underground organization that he founded in Lódz during WWII. No one in the family knows about his mysterious life, his memories conflict with his image emerging from the pages of the book. So I am preparing a monodrama to introduce the unbelievable past of Waclaw's to the family. Unfortunately, everything is complicated by my poor memory and chronic diarrhea.
