Paulo works in a bar and when his shift is over he wonders through the Lisbon night. Between a romantic and desolate tone, Flávio Gonçalves films in the poetry of the night. A poetry made of encounters, ferocious lights and bodies that love and fear.

A young sound director has a task. Rafael must record a crucial sound for a film. With his headphones on he scans the city of Lisbon, looking and listening for this elusive sonic eccentricity – his journey made harder by all sorts of disruptive noises.

Agressivity and the will to compete are also part of childhood. At a poor district’s boxing club the kids live a close friendship and find a place to express a fury that is violent but liberating.

A boy and a girl lie in bed, discussing the possibility of being inside a dream. The boy shares with her a recent nightmare he had, in which she stole his eye. The girl assures him that his fears are not real and that he is not inside a dream. Suddenly, everything goes black.

João and Helena live part of their relationship in a virtual world. One night before a party, João logs on Helena’s Facebook account. The fascination he has for her leads him into a confrontation with more serious consequences than the reality João has been living.

A trip to South America, told through memories and several anonymous documents. The effects of the landscape among the subjects that share it are strange and able to separate a group of friends.

When a sudden gust of wind sends her scarf flying out the window, Ema leaves her post to retrieve it. But this gesture sets in motion an absurd journey, as her compliant coworkers repeatedly try to hold her back. Feeling increasingly isolated, Ema longs to fit in, but refuses to fully surrender to the absurdity of the situation.
