Joey was at the age of twenty-two and she was an independent and cheerful girl. She worked in an advertising company and she met a boy named Chiu Kwok Chiao who had just returned from America. Chiu was at the age of twenty-four. He seemed childish, when he met Joey, he fell a victim to her beauty. After a period of time they were in a low spirit because Joey was more intelligent than Chiu. Lui Lai Ho was Joey's mother and she was forty years old.

Wah Sang was a boxing champion seven years ago. He now works at a garage and cares for his seven-year-old son Henry. They live a small apartment and Wah spends much of his time gambling and drinking. Henry wants Wah, whom he addresses by that name him to return to boxing, but Wah is hesitant because he suffered a brain injury.

In Jail House, Blackie has concocted a perfect escape plan. Then wardress 5354 is killed by accident when making love. They would get the chief warden's girl friend, the exorcist, to banish the bad ghost. To leave quietly too are Blackie and the good ghost...

Developer Tsang Siu Chi and his agent have bought two of a group of four properties. Rival developer Boss Hung has secured the other two. Both aim to buy all four so they can knock them down and build hotels.
