Trans - Uniques en leur genre
More than 15,000 people in France feel born in a gender that does not correspond to them. For one year, three people called "transgender" have confided about this feeling and its influence on their daily life: Emma, 63 years old, Aéla, 34 years old, and Zach, 18 years old. Accompanied - or not - in their struggle by their loved ones, each one shares a part of their reality. The program also meets with prosecutors, associations and surgeons to assess the situation, and also gathers the opinions of the relatives of the main witnesses who have agreed to talk on camera.
