Pilot episode of popular Yugoslavian sitcom that ran from 1972 till 1984."Theater at Home" is a story about the working-class Petrović family. One of the most striking parts of the series is the conflict between the son-in-law Rodoljub Petrović, who is originally from the countryside, and his mother-in-law Snežana Nikolajević, an old-school noble lady with the status. An unforgettable character is also Vasa S. Tajčić, a house friend, who has a huge imagination and is disliked by the rest of the family.

A story about war-disabled combatants that fought in Serbo-Turkish wars in 1876-1878. Left on their own and without limbs, they became beggars – a burden for the state that doesn’t pay attention about them. Their destiny depends exclusively on people who feel sympathy.

The director of the company gives up his New Year's prize trip to the Balearic Islands to a deserving clerk, Milorad Petrović. The trip is for two people, but Milorad is separating from his wife, has no friends, and has never taken a vacation, which leads to his problems. He also fails to notice a female colleague who likes him as a woman. The story gains a special charm as it unfolds in the atmosphere of the New Year's festivities.
