Statement of a resident who returns to the place after 12 years in Rio, outraged with the requirement of a card for those who pick up the garbage. A sociologist speaks, trying to explain the situation of the garbage dumps based on the workers' struggle for better salaries, flattened "in more than 70%" since 1964.
