Psychotic serial killer Mr. Kidnap uses a video store as a front for his human slaughterhouse, mutilating his victims with some help from his sadistic sister Jezebel and their gaunt brother Willy.

One day a mysterious lady appears at Detective Henry Chandler's office who wants to know everything related to the Froggy, an extraterrestrial race that plans to invade Earth to find the Krown crown, which grants certain powers to control time. Unfortunately, Chandler is not a highly skilled detective.

That paradox is the basis for this documentary by Peter Pank and Goyo Anchou, two authors in search of a character and his legacy, but also his irreplaceable presence and instantaneous, evanescent theatricality, which challenged every mandate and convention.
