Anand Kumar is a honest middle-class man, who lives with his sister, Geeta. When Geeta goes missing, Anand at first contacts the police. When the police are unable to locate her, he decides to take the task upon himself, and travels to Bombay city. Upon arrival, he meets with a cabaret dancer named Roma, and both get friendly. What Anand does not know that he and Roma are mere pawns in a deadly web of deceit and lies, which can only lead to their deaths.

Jagmohan, a prominent businessman with underworld dealings, approaches renowned advocate Kailash Nath, to represent his son who has been charged with murder and may face the death penalty.
