Docudrama about American poet Hart Crane, who committed suicide in April 1932 at the age of 32 by jumping off the steamship SS Orizaba.

Laura arrives in New York to join Viktor, a Hungarian filmmaker she has been working with on a documentary about Béla Bartók. At the same time Pierre, a film director from Paris, is in town looking for an actor to play the role of Bartók’s grandson in a fiction film he will be shooting in France. Fiction and reality are intertwined as the characters jump from one story to another in order to locate the missing parts of a puzzle that will unveil a mystery surrounding the death of the famous composer.
