The conflicting personalities of Lam Miu Miu, a wild spender and Mak Tai Song, a free-loader, causes many laughing moments, and finally both fall in love with each other. When Lam Miu Miu thinks things are finally turning out the way she wants, she gets confused by Song's sudden changes and evil-tactics against Ngon Jo Lin, Song's half-brother. Perhaps Song's long-lost childhood will change him entirely and make him more distant to Lam Miu Miu.

However how great he is as a physician to the imperial family, To Chung cannot heal his crippled wife Hung Bak-hap. Desperate to heal his wife he seeks out the services of bone-setter Fuk Ling. Fuk Ling's treatments help Bak-hap relieve some of her pain. Impress by Fuk Ling, To Chung refers her to the Forbidden City where she becomes Empress Dowager Chee-hei personal bone-setter. To Chung and Fuk Ling's friendship eventually turns romantic but his loyalty to his wife Bak-hap prevents him from further pursuing his romance interest in Fuk Ling. Fuk Ling, however, has ulterior motives for getting close to the imperial family as she has been tasked to kill the Gwong-seoi Emperor.

Foodie 2 Shoes is a joint collaboration between Taiwan and Hong Kong. The two hosts are Taiwan's popular singer/composer Harlem Yu and Hong Kong's actor/singer Patrick Tang. Along with the two hosts are eight lady helpers each representing a type of fruit or drinks known as Angels of Taste. Because of the difference in the host's background and native language, they both would attempt to speak each other's language, creating an entertaining atmosphere for the audience. In the beginning of each episode, Harlem would attempt to speak a Cantonese phrase or Patrick attempting a Taiwanese phrase, making the audience laugh and guessing what they are saying...
