Cheech & Chong are invited to a celebrity party in Amsterdam. When they get there, however, it turns out that the guy who invited them has taken off with all the money. They are actually expecting Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton, so our heroes get to be Mr. Burt and Mr. Dolly.

In 1939, Charlotte Salomon leaves Berlin to seek refuge at her grandparents' villa in the south of France. A little later, war breaks out, and Charlotte must, besides forgetting all she left behind, deal with her grandmother's depression, and her mother's suicide. To fight despair, Charlotte starts to paint, producing over one thousand images. "Is my life real, or is it theater?" This is the title she gives her body of work, which highlights her former life in Berlin. She finds herself though her art, but in 1943 is deported to Germany and Auschwitz.

Stages is a film about loneliness, anxiety, struggle and love, which in an unconventional way shows the survival of two former lovers in their forties and their seventeen year-old son.

Author Frank's debut novel is successful, but he needs the proceeds to pay off a debt and his girlfriend Mascha ends their relationship. He meets another woman, but he and Mascha also seem to make amends. These amorous vicissitudes give him inspiration for a new book, which will deal with eroticism in the Netherlands.

"Conditions" - The improvisation-based performance was inspired by psychiatrists such as RD Laing (Family and Madness) and J. Foudraine (Who is of wood). The Werkteater played this performance 'in the den of the lion': in psychiatric institutions for patients and carers. This led to very intensive and adventurous performances in which 'a lot' always happened. Afterwards the discussions sometimes ran high, but even during the performance the audience sometimes mixed themselves in the scenes.

The dutchified Hungarian Joszef Katús returns, after a months-long absence, to Amsterdam on 29 April 1966. The arrival of the Provos changed a great deal in the Dutch capital. The film follows Katús, mostly roaming the streets, in a loose documentary style. Ti-Ka lives with her father Ti-Ta a Wizard in a castle in the sky high above the clouds. Her father is a absent-minded wizard, and has a spellbook. He also brews all kinds of his own brews. However, he has one limitation: he cannot turn strawberries into camels, but he can turn them into dromedaries. Ti-Ka also learns magic from her father, but she only partially succeeds because of her father's absent-mindedness. However, if she claps her hands, she can freeze all people on earth like a statue. When she claps her hands again they start moving again and they think they have slept.
