Michael Miu reprises a new role as a triad boss in E.U., which is unrelated to his role in The Academy.

Be My Guest is an ongoing television programme produced by Television Broadcasts Limited in Hong Kong. It is originally broadcast on TVB Lifestyle Channel of TVB Pay Vision in 2006. It is also aired on certain Cathay Pacific flights. TVB released the VCD, DVD, and books. Stephen Chan Chi Wan, General Manager of TVB, is the host of this show and he interviews notable performing celebrities, politicians, business people in Hong Kong. There are also stage and ball shows of the programme but they are not released.

On the First Beat is a TVB modern action series broadcast in June 2007. The series is a direct sequel to 2005's The Academy. The story continues on with the two male leads in the series with their growth as young police officers with personal conflicts in their bonds as friends and romantic relationships. Legendary Fighter: Yang's Heroine is a 2001 Chinese costume drama produced by Chinese Entertainment Shanghai Limited in conjunction with Taiwan Television, Singapore Press Holdings and China Film Group Corporation. The plot is based on the Generals of the Yang Family legends, focusing on the women in the stories.

The Master of Tai Chi is a Hong Kong martial arts television drama that aired on Jade and HD Jade from 25 February to 28 March 2008. Produced by Tommy Leung and Raymond Chai, The Master of Tai Chi is a TVB production. The drama was filmed in early 2006, and is the station's first high-definition series that was ever produced. This is TVB's custom-made series for kung-fu icon Vincent Zhao. At the request of Zhao, the main character's name has been changed from 'Wen Zhiu' to 'Mo Ma'.

The Threshold of a Persona is a 2009 TVB television drama from Hong Kong produced by Marco Law. It was broadcast between June and July of 2009. The drama features the work of the Immigration Department of Hong Kong.

Beauty Knows No Pain is a 2010 Hong Kong television drama. Produced by Lam Chi-wah and co-edited by Suen Ho-ho and Chan Kam-ling, the drama is a TVB production. The show premiered on July 26, 2010, and is slated to air for 20 episodes five nights a week. The drama follows the lives of three women — Jackie, Mrs. Cash, and BiBi, portrayed by Maggie Cheung Ho-yee, Michelle Yim, and Joyce Tang respectively — who work in the same cosmetics production company, Paris Donna San-Malo Donna.
