After a college teen is told he might have a rare case of male breast cancer, he tries to continue living his life normally with the dread of that possibility while he patiently waits for his results.

When a group of five soon-to-graduate high school seniors skip the last day of school, attempting to make it the best day possible, they slowly realize one of them is hiding a deep emotional struggle behind what seems to be the face of a happy teen.
