Two college students, the slum child Raja and the dean's daughter Roja, chat with each other over the Internet and fall in love. However, Roja is engaged and Raja cannot bear to disrespect her father, to whom he owes his livelihood.

Shekhar is a poor orphan who along with his trusted lieutenant Birju runs a garage. Shekhar dislikes women, has lost his faith in God and enjoys to spend time with his friends Bill and Harry. One night, When Birju introduces him to Kanchan, a runaway, he refuses to have to do anything with her, but when he finds out that her uncle, Shivraj, has offered a reward for her return, he decides to befriend her and both fall in love. The two get married and are blessed with a son. Their harmonious life enters trouble when Shekhar is given a suitcase by his friend, Bill, who eventually ends up dead. Shekhar finds stolen diamonds inside the suitcase and decides to keep them, much to Kanchan's displeasure. After being betrayed by one of his own in pursuit of the diamonds, Shekar finds out that two gangs, headed by Munne Khan and George Shekhar have abducted Kanchan and his son. How far will Shekhar go to set things right and rescue his family?

Ram Chandra is a Tamilian who lives in a shanty hut in Bombay's Dharavi, along with his mom and a younger sister. He dream is to attend school, which he does so, after his sister is loaned out to a beggar to collect alms, but she is unable to withstand hunger for long and passes away. Ram leaves home and subsequently works hard, studies, becomes rich and constructs several colleges to accommodate needy students. One such student he accommodates is a new arrival from Allahabad, Raja, and he arranges his admission in Ram Chandra College for Business Management along with full board and shelter. He also helps Raja sort out his personal problems, including his romance with a young woman he met at the Cyber Café and then at Bandra Railway Station. While Ram Chandra is busy arranging his daughter's marriage with Rajesh Gupta, the only son of a multi-millionaire and educationist, he is quite unaware that the object of Raja's affections is none other than Roja, his very own daughter.

Suraj and Aman are best friends who would die for each other. Suraj's father is brutally killed by a cop for stealing a bread to feed him. Suraj and Aman then take the life of crime to con people when they grow up they come across Pasha a drug lord and Suraj gets fascinated by his lifestyle. Aman meets Asha a club singer and both fall in love. Suraj and Aman get a contract from Pasha to kill Vicky whose testifying against him But Aman finds he is brother of Asha and decides to give away the life of crime and turn a police informer. While Suraj has become a big name in drug world and wants Pasha's throne. Suraj and Aman then part ways and Suraj blames Asha for everything and wants her dead.

Trapped between both, Saajan, along with his friends, rescues his love from the brothel. But the question remains: Will Saajan's parents accept him along with Kajal or Will Dhanraj's evilness overcome the couple's love?
