Marcel Parcival Arthur van Dam (Utrecht, January 30, 1938) is a Dutch former politician and administrator. He served as State Secretary and Minister of Housing, a Member of Parliament, Chairman of the public broadcaster VARA, and a programme maker for that broadcaster.
