'The Ruling' is a short 25 minutes film touching the themes of perception and age. Three stories are told: It follows an aging judge, Galindez, throughout a court hearing that turns very personal; the story of the incident behind the hearing and its accused, and the remembrance of the long lost days, when Galindez was still a young aspiring law student.

What if your body is dead, but your mind is still connected to your wife's memories? René discovers an accident that changed his life forever. He will have to decide whether he lives or dies with it.
