A geography teacher who is assigned from a rural district to Baku moves into a rented apartment with the help of a close friend. After a murder that takes place in the house, spirits begin to communicate with the teacher. A mysterious radiation leak in the Baku area places part of the city under complete quarantine. An explosion in an underground laboratory hidden since Soviet times turns the zone into both a dangerous area and an attractive hub for illegal business. Recently released from prison, Bahadir secretly returns to the zone, caught between his past, a desire for revenge, and the criminal underworld. At the same time, police officer Ilyas follows the trail of this dark network. Science, crime, and human nature collide at a single point.
