After a playful bet among friends, the cameraman suddenly glitches out of reality and finds himself teleported into the Backrooms — an endless maze of buzzing lights and yellow walls. What begins as a joke turns surreal, as the friendly laughter fades into uneasy silence.

In post-Soviet Azerbaijan, Sevda’s mother raises her in Russian, convinced it will secure her future. But as Sevda grows, her Azerbaijani fades, cutting her off from friends, culture, and her own roots.
