Highway is a film of that escape which all of us yearn for. It is an attempt to see our own reflections in today’s time.

They seem to know each other like the back of their hands. Yet, there is something awkward about their relationship. Nikita finds even the most innocent of touches by Neeraj to be so repulsive. Aniket, her colleague, has proposed to her and she is seriously considering it. Yet, she can’t let go of Neeraj. Why does she seem stuck between a rock and a hard place? What’s the matter with Neeraj? Is it some deficiency, disability or a disease? It would need a silver bullet to get them together. What if the silver bullet already exists, unknown to them?

The film follows the story of Pipal and Tutur, both employed as ’Fly Killers’ at a restaurant. They have the responsibility to keep the restaurant fly-free as the drainage next to the premise attract too many flies. When the drainage is closed the officials plan to shoo away the ‘Fly Killers’ like flies.

After her husband died, a mother buys a grinding-machine in order to make a living. Initially fascinated by the machine, her son starts getting irritated by its noise. He tries to destroy the machine to regain his childhood.

Unknowingly they become a part of maze of a pilgrimage of sadhus. They look around, they observe, they smile, they doubt, they whisper. They are lost, they are found. Two young men stroll curiously around the Kumbh Mela, a huge religious festival involving millions of Hindus. They are wearing modern clothing, which makes them stand out among the pilgrims, most of whom are in traditional dress. Kumbh Mela, which takes place every three years at one of the four major Hindu sites (Haridwar, Allahabad, Ujjain and Nasik), is seen as the biggest pilgrimage in the world, bringing the many faces of Hinduism together. There are naked sadhus smeared in ash, rich gurus collecting donations, musicians and other performers, and simple pilgrims washing away their sins by ritual bathing in the river.

The film addresses issues related to the younger generation in politics, and argues that one need not have a problem with dynastic politics, if the heirs are worthy and manage to prove their eligibility.

Vihir is a story of two adolescent boys Sameer and Nachiket (cousins, who are best friends) who struggle with their unconventional outlooks on life and family. They write to each other telling each other about their doings and happenings in life. They get to meet after a long time as Sameer with his mother and sister visit Nachiket's village for a family wedding.
