College friends Siddhu and Madhumati part ways due to a misunderstanding. Although they are in love and realize they cannot live without each other, their egos prevent them from uniting.

Juniors is an Remake version of Tamil movie Thulluvatho Ilamai and it is an Romance based movie. In which, Mahesh (Naresh) is son of a fish-seller. Pooja (Shireen) is the daughter of a businessman. Both of them are thick friends since childhood as they studied in the same convent/school/college. Mahesh has lusty feelings towards Pooja during his adolescent. But Pooja has love feelings towards him. They also have a group of 4 more friends with whom they move closely. Unfortunately, the parents of these guys are very skeptical about their kids and always scold them. Vexed by the hostile attitude of parents, these kids leave from their homes and travel to a new place. The rest of the story is all about how they struggled and realize the future carrier.

Hence she marries Ramudu at Bhadrachalam and ditches him to go back to Germany and marry Ravi so that her second marriage would be fruitful. The rest of the story is all about how Ramudu with his chekkalu and Lord Rama's vermilion (kunkuma) fly to Germany to fight his aunt Jagadamba (Vani Sri) and bring back her daughter and his wife Seeta.

Venu is a receptionist at a lowly beachside hotel in Vizag. He has a beautiful neighbor Nirmala. Her father's financial status is in bad shape and Venu helps them monetarily and morally. In the process Nirmala falls in love with Venu and Nirmala's family approves their relationship. Later on a well-off guy, Ramji, starts helping Nirmala and family out with luxurious items and better living conditions. Nirmala's father falling for this windfall, forces Nirmala to accept Ramji's marriage proposal by dumping Venu.
