Ramesh joins a businessman's factory to eradicate irregularity and corruption, but gets dismissed due to personal reasons. To make matters worse, he is framed for murder when the industrialist dies.

Manohar is an under appreciated poet and playwright. He is married to Kaveri, a kind hearted personality who cannot match Manohar's intellect.
