Edda, a young mouse and the daughter of fairground operator Erwin, dreams of becoming a race car driver. Ahead of the 50th anniversary of the European Grand Prix, Edda gets the opportunity to meet her idol, racing star Ed, and to help her father save his failing business. But to do so, she'll have to get behind the wheel herself.

A winged baby dinosaur inhabits an island in the middle of the ocean with a group of loveable animal friends. Everything changes when a dimwitted dinosaur hunter turns up and lures the creature back to captivity with rather sinister plans for his discovery.

The five friends encounter and master some exciting situations as the adventurous treasure hunt takes them through the mysterious catacombs of Balthasar Castle. It’s no question that Ed, Edda, Eurofant, Böckli and Louis have to show a lot of courage here, as only together can they decipher the great secret.

Tobias Totz is a very special zookeeper. He has a lot of understanding for his animals and everyone loves him, and he has grown very fond of the lion.
