Jessica, Sabrina and Daiane have dreams, just like all young people of any social class or place in the world. However, even faced with the trials of absolute uncertainty and lack of hope, Jessica, Sabrina and Daiane insist on loving, having fun and planning their future.

With his mom's salon on the brink of bankruptcy, a dedicated son rolls up his sleeves to help and discovers himself as the coolest barber on the block.

The project '5 x slum, now by ourselves' gathered over 80 young people from Rio's favelas (slums), selected through workshops, script and filmmaking techniques to create a feature film consisting of five stories that reflect different facets of the daily lives of residents of these communities - with the promise of escape stereotypical representations.

Débora is an advertiser who has always put her career above her love life. Work and love mix when she runs a campaign for Valentine's Day, whose client is her ex-boyfriend, who was dumped by her in a humiliating way.

Janaína is a black screenwriter embarking on a new audiovisual project. She meets the rest of the team, where all of whom are white, on a farm. Pedro, the leader of the script room, disappears. Janaína investigates and makes unimaginable discoveries.

The documentary presents the life of young favela dwellers who work with drug trafficking. The documentary was recorded between 1998 and 2006, when the producers visited various poor communities in Brazil, recording a total of 90 hours of video. The name of the documentary comes from the term "falcão" (falcon) used in the slums to refer to the lookouts who keep watch over the community and inform when the police or a rival group approaches. During the recordings the two producers had to face the hostile environment where the boys lived.

Through the stories of Madá, Jão and Osmar, the work talks about achievements and the price we are willing to pay for them.
