Equidistant is a poignant urban drama about friendship tested by inequality. Heitor and Aquiles, two trans men from different racial and social backgrounds, start college together full of hope. But as the pressures of class, identity, and survival mount, their bond begins to shift. Set in a Brazilian metropolis, Equidistant explores how structural barriers quietly shape relationships — and how personal resilience becomes the only path forward, even when it comes at a cost.
